****READ THE COMMENTS DONT EVER GO THERE**** I went to this place about a year ago, but forgot to leave a comment. Traumatizing experience. The tech that was doing my nails filled them so hard, they became paper thin, red. I had to change stations at each step, like what?? So stressful, not relaxing at all. Ended up having to take my nail extentions off after 3 days due to a nail infection. It's so unsanitary.
I have unfortunately had two disappointing experiences at this nail salon. The first time, two of my nails chipped within three days of getting a gel manicure. When I went back to the salon to have them fixed, they charged me an additional $10. The second time, I went for a manicure and pedicure. They initially quoted me $90 for the services, but when it was time to pay, they charged me $110. Sadly, once again, one of my nails chipped after just three or four days. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the quality and service at this salon and would not recommend it to others.
I got a manicure and pedicure. The technician doing my manicure started filing her own nails with the same file she had just used on me while my hands were in the UV light. The service was very rough and I left with bloody cuticles. The pedicure was very unpleasant as well, my feet didn’t feel soft and I ended up with an infection a few days later on my toe due to the lack of sanitation precautions with their tools. Unprofessional and unsanitary, don’t recommend this place at all.
The place was clean and the staff was friendly. The polish on a few of my nails came off, but they fixed it. Very happy with what I got and I would recommend to a friend.
